Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UniManage services provided by MOB CREATIVES, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

UniManage provides digital solutions including but not limited to website development, mobile applications, social media marketing, branding, and custom management software. We commit to delivering quality work according to agreed specifications and timelines.

3. Quality Commitment

We guarantee:

• Professional-grade deliverables meeting industry standards
• Adherence to agreed timelines and specifications
• Ongoing support during the agreed service period
• Transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle

We do NOT guarantee specific business outcomes, ROI percentages, or growth metrics, as these depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in your service package. Monthly packages require payment at the beginning of each month. Annual packages may include discounts as specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. MOB CREATIVES retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

MOB CREATIVES is not liable for any business losses, revenue impacts, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Refunds for unused services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, subject to a 20% administrative fee.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before implementation.
